- Description
The Plantronics® range of adapters provides the flexibility to use any Plantronics® headset (P or H range) with VoIP SoftPhones. USB port connection provides universal compatibility and independence from the PCs soundcard, allowing the PCs speaker, not the headset, to ring for call notification.
With the top-of-the-range adapters DA55 and DA60 sound quality is digitally-enhanced with Plantronics® proven SoundGuard Plus and Call Clarity technology, whilst Digital Signal processing (DSP) suppresses the echo sometimes experienced with VoIP.
The DA60 also offers PerSono Pro software, which further improves call centre agents experience of VoIP and enables managers to easily measure and track compliance with European legislation on employee sound exposure.
