Queue Engine
Even in basic configuration TREX offers complex ACD functions. The agents, logged in either via ISDN, VoIP or proprietary terminals make a trigger call to subscribe or unsubscribe to one or more queues configured on TREX. Divers priority levels can be applied to the subscriptions:
Is a group of agents fully utilized then an overflow occurs to agents in a less congested group within the next-higher priority level. The source of the inbound call is announced to the agent before connecting the caller with the agent. Thus the agent before accepting the call knows which group or which product was called for initially. Now, the agent is able to answer the call properly by repeating the name of the campaign or product when answering. On VoIP handsets additionally the name of the campaign called is displayed as the call comes in.
Various statistical functions allow for comprehensive reporting. Graphical tools for dynamic management of agents and queues are optionally available on request!
Waiting field
TRex is ideally suited for being connected between the existing callcenter PBX and the public network or - even easier, standalone as fully featured ACD / queue application that dispatches inbound calls and manages the time a caller has to stay inside a queue. This way the capacity of a call center can be overbooked at a factor of 2-3 without degrading the service quality for the caller.
IVR
Complex IVR trees and mailbox systems can be realized in TREX to customer requirements. Automated dialogues with the caller are possible, as well as the creation of gaming applications, automated information systems and Audiotex systems, among many, many other applications.
